
Project 99 wants to express its gratitude for our many stakeholders. Without you, Project 99 would not be able to complete its mission. As we considered our gratitude toward the members of our Project 99 community, we thought it would be helpful to share some information on the connection between practicing gratitude and boosting one’s physical and mental health. Research tell us that “an attitude of gratitude” can be very helpful in supporting one’s overall happiness. But how, exactly, do we accomplish this?
